1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of Plan Your Day, including its website, installed web app, and desktop or mobile app presentations. The service is provided under the name Plan Your Day, based in Chikkalasandra, Bengaluru. Contact us at simpledailyplanner26@gmail.com.
By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, stop using it. Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled; our Refund Policy applies to any purchases. Your statutory rights are not excluded by these terms.
2. Eligibility and your account
You must have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. If you are not legally able to do so independently, use the service only with the involvement and authorization of a parent or legal guardian, where permitted by law.
Sign-in is through Google. Keep your Google account and devices secure and do not share access to another person’s private planner. You are responsible for activity you authorize on your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. Google’s own account terms also apply.
3. The planning service
Plan Your Day helps you organize plans, recurring activities, completion records, templates, and preferences. Features may vary with your device, browser, connection, notification permissions, and app-store version.
Offline use depends on previously available local data. Unsaved changes may need a connection to sync. Reminders can be delayed or blocked by device settings, service availability, or network conditions. Do not rely on this planner for emergency, medical, safety-critical, or legally time-sensitive alerts. Keep independent backups of important information.
4. Your content and our intellectual property
You retain rights in the plans, notes, and other content you create. You authorize us and our service providers to store, process, and transmit that content only as necessary to operate, secure, and support the service, in accordance with the Privacy Policy. You must have the necessary rights to any content you enter.
The Plan Your Day name, interface, and original software and materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive right to use the service for its intended purpose. This does not transfer ownership of our materials. Third-party and open-source materials remain subject to their own licenses.
5. Acceptable use
Use the service lawfully and respect the privacy and rights of others.
- Do not access another user’s account or attempt to bypass access controls.
- Do not upload unlawful content, malware, or material you do not have permission to use.
- Do not disrupt the service, overload it, scrape private information, or probe vulnerabilities without authorization.
- Do not impersonate others, misuse the service for fraud, or infringe intellectual property rights.
6. Prices, purchases, and store terms
Any charge, currency, taxes, billing interval, and material purchase conditions must be shown before you authorize a payment. These terms do not themselves create a subscription or promise that a paid feature is available.
If you buy through Microsoft Store, Google Play, or another authorized platform, that platform’s purchase, cancellation, and refund rules also apply. Our general policy is no refunds, except where applicable law or the platform requires otherwise. Review the Refund Policy before purchasing.
7. Availability and changes
We may update or modify the service to maintain security, improve functionality, or respond to legal requirements. The service may be unavailable during maintenance or outages. We do not promise uninterrupted operation or that every feature will remain unchanged.
Where a change materially affects a paid entitlement, we will act in accordance with applicable law and platform obligations. These terms do not override any express promise made to you at purchase.
8. Suspension and account closure
We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address abuse, a security risk, a breach of these terms, or a legal requirement. Where practical and lawful, we will explain the reason and allow you to contact us about it.
You may stop using the service at any time. To request account and planner-data deletion, follow the Account and Data Deletion page. Removing an app or signing out does not by itself delete your account, cancel a store subscription, or remove all stored data.
9. Disclaimers and responsibility
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without guarantees beyond those expressly made. You remain responsible for deciding how to use your plans and verifying reminders, exports, and dates. We cannot guarantee that the service will prevent missed commitments or data loss.
To the extent lawful, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable consumer guarantees, fraud, or other non-waivable rights. No disclaimer overrides a mandatory remedy available to you.
10. Governing law and resolving concerns
Subject to mandatory laws that protect you in your place of residence, these terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts with lawful jurisdiction in Bengaluru may hear disputes, without limiting any mandatory consumer forum or other jurisdiction available to you.

11. Updates and contact
We may revise these terms. The date at the top identifies the latest revision. Material changes will be communicated through the service or another appropriate channel where required. Changes do not retroactively remove rights you already have. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent lawful.
