1. A planning aid, not professional advice
Plan Your Day is an organizational tool. Its content and features are not medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice. You are responsible for checking your plans and seeking qualified advice when appropriate. No productivity, wellbeing, or other outcome is guaranteed.
2. Do not rely on reminders for critical tasks
Reminders depend on permission, device support, connection, operating-system behavior, and service availability. They may arrive late, not arrive, or appear on a shared screen. Use a separate reliable system for medication, emergencies, deadlines with legal consequences, or other safety-critical needs.
3. Offline use and data loss
Offline access is limited to information previously made available on that device. Changes awaiting synchronization can be lost if you clear browser data, remove an app, or lose access to the device before they save. Keep backups of important information and verify that changes have synced.
4. Exports and third-party services
Check dates, time zones, recurrence occurrences, and completeness when printing or importing an export into another calendar. External calendars, Google sign-in, app stores, and notification services operate under their own terms. We do not control their availability or independently collected information.
Public planner previews use illustrative example content and are not another user’s private plans. A screenshot or preview is not a guarantee of identical appearance on every device.
