Account and Data Deletion

Request deletion of your Plan Your Day account and private planner information.

Effective and last updated: 9 October 2026

1. Request account deletion

Email simpledailyplanner26@gmail.com from the email address used for your Plan Your Day Google sign-in. Use the subject “Plan Your Day account deletion” and state that you want your account and associated planner data deleted. If you cannot access that email address, contact us to discuss a secure ownership-verification process.

Do not send your Google password, sign-in codes, or payment-card details. We may request proportionate verification to ensure someone else cannot delete your private information. This is a support request, not an instant automated deletion button.

2. What the request covers

An account-deletion request covers your Plan Your Day account profile and associated cloud planner information, including plans, notes, completion records, steps, saved templates, preferences, and reminder subscriptions. You may also request deletion of particular information without closing your account, or edit and remove individual plans in the planner.

We will review the request and explain any information that must be retained for legal, security, or dispute reasons. Backup copies may remain until normal backup lifecycles complete. We cannot promise immediate removal from all systems or a fixed time beyond applicable legal requirements.

3. Before requesting deletion

Export any plans you want to keep and allow pending offline changes to sync. Deletion can be irreversible and may end access across your devices. Cancel any paid subscription separately through the store or payment provider; deleting the account is not a refund request or guaranteed subscription cancellation.

4. Remove copies on your devices

Cloud deletion does not remotely wipe every device. After deletion, sign out and clear the planner’s site data and caches on each browser or remove the installed app and its stored data using your device settings. Exported files, printouts, notification history, and copies shared with other apps must be removed separately.

Deleting your Plan Your Day account does not delete your Google account or purchase records held independently by an app store. Contact those services directly about information they control.

5. Privacy requests and concerns

For access, correction, a copy of your information, deletion, or another privacy concern, contact Plan Your Day at simpledailyplanner26@gmail.com. Address: Chikkalasandra, Bengaluru. Applicable verification requirements, lawful exceptions, and statutory rights are explained in the Privacy Policy.
